PFT basics workshop
This specialized one-day workshop, grounded in science, focuses on building psychological flexibility to elevate performance levels at work and everywhere else. You’ll learn practical and easy-to-remember skills to embrace challenges encountered at work and do what it takes to achieve your goals. Led by Frank J. Gallo, he’ll walk you through a step-by-step method using the Matrix diagram that rests on the proven principles and practices of acceptance and commitment. This hands-on workshop is designed for any level of experience.
At the end of the workshop, you will walk away with a valuable set of skills. Through a variety of learning methods, such as experiential exercises, videos, case examples, demonstrations, and a PowerPoint presentation, you will be able to:
Identify the different components of the Matrix.
Use the Matrix to categorize behaviors.
Define what psychological flexibility means.
Identify the overall goal of mindfulness training.
Demonstrate mindfulness and breathing exercises.
Identify at least one values statement and goal.
