Summary: In this podcast, you’ll tie together your education so far by using the exercises you’ve completed to help develop concrete values-based actions to complete. You’ll complete four steps to take action that is aligned with your values. In step 1, you’ll choose an area of life where you want to get moving first. Step 2 involves selecting a value to guide your action. Next, you’ll learn about SMART goals and create one in step 3.
